Skillion roof repairs

Flat pitched gable roofs are known as a skillion. Over time dirt and debris can get stuck in between, the water course and the next tile. The Water course is blocked and being such a flat roof pitch, water seeps into your home when it rains. To rectify this the tiles in this area have to be removed, water courses cleaned out. Isolation paper is laid out and tiles relaid. So now in future if water does happen to get in. It runs down to the spout
